It also holds more secure for starter jewelry and features a stable and comfortable 4mm gentle convex labret base. Implant grade ASTM F-136 titanium and a prong set cubic zirconia gem. Internal or threadless jewelry is preferable to external posts for inserting into a fresh piercing due to its smooth end so no damage is done.
Please note the 18G have a 0.8 thread pattern vs 16G at 0.9mm thread pattern. If you want a taper that works with the 18G post you must get an 18G pin taper. We do have pre-sterilized pin tapers listed separately (PS-OP725) and pre-sterilized threaded tapers are in production.
