This acrylic labret has a 2 or 3mm square surgical steel prong clasp cubic Zirconia pushpin top. Available only in 16G but with a 6mm or 8mm post length. The surgical steel prong clasp tops are available in steel with crystal or yellow gold plated prong with crystal. The silicone flat back disc is a generous 5.5mm making it safe and sturdy inside the mouth. Not autoclave safe.
