Pre-Sterilized Surgical Steel Trinity CZ Triangle Internally Threaded Labret

A pre-sterilized sparkly titanium labret made of 316L surgical steel with internal threading. Flat disc backs are 4mm wide and the sparkly top features a triangle cluster of 2mm bezel gems in your choice of 5 colors.
