This dermal anchor is made with implant grade ASTM F-136 titanium. It has 3 holes in base and a 2mm rise. The top is internally threaded and made from titanium also, it is a bezel set 3-5mm gem top in 16G or 14G, which is pvd plated when colored. Note the base that inserts into skin in never pvd plated.
