Sold as base only with no top. This implant grade titanium anchor has 2 holes and comes in both 14G or 16G with either a 2mm, 2.5mm or 3mm rise. Compatible with the matching gauge internal top. The internal threading is standard size: 14G is 1.2 internal threading 16G is 0.9 internal threading which matches the threading sold on our site.
